Appointments with Dr. Poy can be booked individually or as a bundle. We also offer 9 different comprehensive health packages that include a combination of visits and functional lab testing. If you are unsure which option is right for you, we offer a free discovery call to first-time clients.

Standard Return Visit: Intended as a quick check-in to track your progress and modify the recommended plan as needed. Follow-ups help to improve compliance and lead to more successful outcomes.
Extended Return Visit: Provides an extra 15 minutes compared to the standard follow-up. Meant for complex ailments that need more support, addressing a new concern, or lab reviews.

Comprehensive bloodwork includes basic lab testing as well as inflammatory markers, full thyroid panel, nutrient markers, and cardiometabolic markers.
(1) extended 45-minute virtual return visit scheduled once lab results return
Blood draw must be completed at Quest Diagnostics.
Not available for those who live in the state of New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.

Naturopathic services, including labs, are not eligible for insurance coverage. That said, HSA/FSA cards may be eligible for use. Please contact your plan administrator for details about eligible expenses.
If you’ve had labs run in the last 3-6 months, you may not have to repeat those tests. It is highly unlikely that you’ve had all the testing done that is recommended within this bundle. Adjustments can be made to the bundle price if certain tests have been run recently.

For a second referral, you'll receive 50% off your next visit. Your friend will also receive 10% off their first visit.
For a third referral, you'll receive 75% off your next visit. Your friend will also receive 10% off their first visit.
For a fourth referral, you'll receive one free follow-up visit. Your friend will also receive 10% off their first visit.
Details About the Referral Program
Referral discounts do not apply to the cost of labs, supplements, or other recommendations.
Since comprehensive health packages are already heavily discounted, only the consultation portion of the package fee will receive an additional discount of $25.
To receive a discount for referring a friend, you have to have completed an initial visit first. Therefore, the one referring a friend will get a discount on their return visit(s) and the one being referred will get a discount on their initial visit.
You can only receive your referral discount after your friend completes their initial visit. Your friend must disclose during their initial visit who they were referred by for you both to receive a discount.
Referral discounts can only come from established clients. If you were referred by someone else who is not a client at Whole Health NWC, no discount will be offered.
If you initially chose a comprehensive health package or wellness bundle and refer a friend in between visits, you will receive your referral discount after the last visit of your comprehensive health package or wellness bundle.
